New features

• Data feeds: These are feeds intended to display information on a camera that is not directly linked to the image. The first data feed type supported are weather forecasts.
• Your cameras that do not have coordinates defined now get listed below the map in map view.
• Feeds now display the feed name as title if they have one.
• Cameras can now be assigned an operational status, which is filterable for admins and superuser in camera list and dashboards.

Bugs fixed

• Navigating to another page while the timelapse overaly dialog is open is no longer possible (lead to the issue of the overlay never closing unless the page was refreshed).
