General feed settings
Feeds have general settings which are configured on a per-camera basis. These settings will be the same for all feeds of a camera. These settings can be configured on a cameras configuration page.
Branding
Most feed types can be branded, which is configured on a per-camera basis to make it easier to give all feeds of a camera a unified look.
Excluded from that are the timelapse feed, which currently doesn’t have any branding options, and the panofeed, which has its own branding options (see here: https://avisec.atlassian.net/wiki/x/NYBAOQ ).
The branding options for a cameras feed can be found on the camera configuration page:
Yellow Logo: If checked, the avisec logo will be displayed in the feed.
Partner Logo: If checked, the logo of the partner that delivered the camera will be displayed.
Customer Logo URL: If defined, the linked logo will be displayed in the feed as well, which will usually be the logo of the customer.
Logo Link: A link that is followed when the customer logo is clicked.
SEO keywords: You may enter a comma-delimited list of search engine keywords. These will not be visible in the feed, but will be added to its metadata when it is loaded, and are intended to make the contents of your feed more understandable for search engine bots. These will only have an effect if you set the access of your feed to “Web-Open”, otherwise bots will be prohibited from indexing your feed (see “Accessibility” here: Feed creation and configuration | The feed overview page)
Display settings
Show Title: If checked, the feed’s title will be displayed in the feed. Add a title link if you want the title to become a clickable link. If the feed has no specific title, the project title of the camera will be used. The title will always be used as the name of the browser-tab.
Show timestamp: If checked, the current image's timestamp will be displayed.
Show weather: If checked, a weather forecast will be available in the feed. You can configure for how many days to show a forecast, to a maximum of 7. Do note that weather forecast integration is not part of the standard package of a feed and will get billed separately.
Contact Information
You may add contact information to your feed, which will be displayed in its info popup. Most of these do not require an explanation, but I need to mention the GDPR link.
GDPR link: This lets you insert a link to your companies data protection policies. If you leave this field empty, the avisec data protection policies will be linked, and will apply.
