2 bugs fixed and 3 new features added.

New features

1. All times are converted to the camera timezone in a feed. The camera timezone is shown using the short form (CET in the example below.)
   
   
   
2. The user interface element to add tables to cameras is now more intuitive.
   
   
3. The table listing all feeds can now be filtered.
   

Bugs fixed

1. The timelapse video element was not scaled down when the browser window or iframe was smaller than the video resolution.
2. Deleting a table was not possible without deleting the feeds for this table first. Feeds are now automatically deleted when a table or camera is removed.
